Revgara Signatures maintains a strict Exchange-Only policy. We do not offer returns for refunds or credit notes. We will only process an exchange if the garment received meets the specific criteria outlined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window: Customers must request a cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order.
- Processing Starts After 3 Hours: Once the 3-hour window has passed, the order begins processing. At this point, cancellation requests will not be accepted, regardless of the shipping status.
- Pre-Shipment Rule: All successful cancellations must take place before the order is shipped from our warehouse.
- Gift Vouchers are Final: Orders for Gift Vouchers are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept an exchange request ONLY IF the product meets one of the following conditions:
- Product Damage: The item has a demonstrable manufacturing defect, such as a stain, scratch, cut, or tear.
- Incorrect Item: The item received is not the same style or design that was confirmed during the order.
- Incorrect Colour: The item received is not the same colour that was confirmed during the order.
3. Exchange Request Timeline
If your order meets one of the conditions above, you must initiate the exchange process within a very strict timeframe:
- You must send an exchange request to Revgara Signatures within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Any request received after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
4. Exclusions & Conditions
The following conditions are NOT considered valid reasons for an exchange:
- Discounted Items: Exchange requests for items purchased at a discounted price or during a sale period will not be accepted. All discounted sales are final.
- Color Mismatch Clause: We take utmost care in photographing our garments to match the true color. However, please note that there might be a 5-10% color variation due to differences in computer or mobile display settings. This minor color variance will not be considered a valid reason to process an exchange.
- Customized/Altered Items : Products that have been customized or altered to your specifications are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
- Dress Materials/Fabric : Orders placed for Dress Material or Fabric are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
- Used/Worn Items: The item must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags intact. Any item that does not pass our quality check will be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Mandatory Requirements & Evidence
A Full UNBOXING/OPENING VIDEO of the parcel is strictly mandatory for claiming any refund or exchange due to damage, wrong item, or missing product.
- The video must be an uncut, start-to-finish recording of the parcel being opened.
- The damage or the issue must be clearly captured in the video for the claim to be considered valid.

International Orders: Store exchange is not applicable to orders shipped outside India. Customers may have to bear additional charges such as return shipping costs and customs duties for international returns.
