1. Shipping Coverage

We offer hassle-free shipping across India!

2. Shipping Rates & Courier Partners

• Domestic (within India): Standard shipping rates through domestic courier partners. 
• International: Affordable international shipping charges apply, and couriers are fulfilled through FedEx, DHL or DTDC. 

3. Order Processing & Shipping Days

•  Processing: Once your order is processed and shipped out, Revgara Signatures will notify you by email/WhatsApp.
•  Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding bank holidays. 

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes 

The following is the estimated time frame you should receive your order after it has been shipped:

• Domestic (within India): 1-5 business days
• International: 10-15 business days

Note: These are estimates; actual delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen carrier delays. 

5. Delivery Failure and Shipping 

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are requested to provide a complete, accurate shipping address with an active phone number at the time of placing the order.

Failed Delivery:

If a delivery attempt is failed by our shipping agency (due to an incomplete address, non-availability, or incorrect contact details), the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Reshipping Requests:

If any reshipping requests are raised after a delivery failure, customers will be responsible for and will have to pay additional shipping charges at actuals for the second attempt.

6. Duties / International Delivery Charges (For Shipments Outside India) 

Taxes & Charges:

Deliveries to countries outside India may incur duties, taxes, or customs charges that are NOT included in the total price displayed during checkout. Revgara Signatures is not responsible for these fees.

Customer Awareness:

To avoid unforeseen charges, we strongly recommend that international customers contact their local customs office for information on potential fees, duties, and taxes before placing their order. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any such charges.
